yogie will never be the sameI was fortunate enuf to have Yogie as our house guest this weekend. We went to the cub a rama and got to see some cub buddies and met a few new ones.I think he has changed some tho because now he seems to be interested in motorcycles and younger women.

Re: yogie will never be the sameDid he get to see the Civil War museum in Fredericktown I was telling him about?
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

Re: yogie will never be the sameYogie asked the same question...lol...it still has the skin on it and when u cook it its done when it splits wide open
Re: yogie will never be the sameI should add to what i said Bob.Local custom is to feed everyone who come to a funeral. Most of the time what ever church the deceased belonged to the church members all get together to make the meal and of course hot dogs are part of the meal.Skin on hot dogs are more expensive than the regular skinless ones so of course one cant be cheap at a funeral sooooooooooo the skin on ones are called funeral hot dogs.
Re: yogie will never be the sameI knew there was something to learn about Ill!
Speaking of corn as far as the eye can see..... passed 3 full silage trucks today, couple miles from the big city line! One was being a bit overfilled in the field. Don't get to practice much in these parts, not many corn fields. Glad you are giving Yogie the grand tour! 1971 Cub (Rufus) 1950 Cub (Cathy) 1965 Lo Boy Fast Hitch (Nameless III) 1970 Cub 1000 Loader & Fast Hitch (Lee)
Re: yogie will never be the same
I found this grave site on a quick road trip to southern Indiana a couple of years ago. It was on a small back road next to the Ohio River. There was nothing to draw your attention to it on the road. I happened to glimpse it down a road that looked more like a two-track and rode down to check it out. ![]() ![]() 1929 Farmall Regular

Re: yogie will never be the sameHad a grand time, that was my first time seeing flat land, sitting on a Harley and the first time a little Yankee gal ever stole my heart.
I'd make that 1,100 mile round trip tomorrow for another one of those big hugs from that sweet little girl. You sure have a precious grand daughter Bear guy and a wonderful family that you should be very proud of. ![]() Thanks for the pictures Ricky, love ole history lessons.... ![]() Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
