'48 Running again

Postby steveTN » Mon Oct 08, 2012 8:27 am

Hi all. Haven't posted in a while, but have been doing a lot of reading and working. Well got my '48 back together and running. Still got more to do, but we had great weather in TN this weekend and couldn't wait to drive her around awhile. At the risk of upsetting the purists, went ahead and converted to 12v. Found a complete conversion kit online for what I thought was pretty reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back with more questions, but thanks to all on the forum for all of the good advise.

Looking good Steve!
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Steve:

Nicely done :applause: and a nice looking Cub :!:

It is your Cub so worry not about the conversion. It is your choice -- so whatever you do - it's all good :D
