belt removal

Is the nut on the hub reverse thread by chance Ive never replaced the belt on the super m adn am told to loosen the nut and the belt will slide off . It is solid and just rotating the fan around Anyone have any pointers?

Make sure you loosen the set screw, and then use a punch to tap and turn it.
