looking up part numbers

Postby cubbrian » Sat Oct 20, 2012 8:07 pm

I purchased a group of NOS IH parts and filters at a show last weekend. I have looked the numbers up and found list prices, but I don't know what they fit. Is there an online resource to look this up?

Brian, a lot of times you can Google (I never knew this word ten years ago) the part number and it will tell you what it is.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

It sure would be nice if you could search on the CIH site using a part number (without knowing the model) for this exact reason! I reckon you could call and bug your locaal CIH parts guy, but he might get annoyed if he is busy.
