During my trip to the south west states I found this in
Pagosa Springs, Co. It resides in a field at the
Fred Hartman Art Museum (Red Rider & Little Beaver)
Cub s/n 182174. It's in poor shape. engine frozen.

offer him $10 for the hand crank. There may be a swinging drawbar on the rear also.

Front half of swinging drawbar is there and you could fab the rest.

Go for the weights. This would make a neat jig saw puzzle. In fact, it did make a nice puzzle. :) http://savethecub.com/cubpuzzles/rustbucket.htm

Besides the forum my usual morning routine includes the daily puzzle at jigzone. I put the cub together both as 48 piece which it comes up and 55 piece six star which I always find a challenge. Try changing the cut to the US states. It is not as easy as it seems! Or at least not New England. Neat puzzle. Poor old cub serves one more time. Vern

Glad you guys enjoyed it. I didn't intend to hi-jack Dick's post. I used to do 1,000 piece puzzles years ago when it was cold out and I never had a big barn and computers were not the norm. I always hated to put one of those big things together and end up with something like this:

I tried doing a google search on Fred Hartman and found that it is actually spelled Fred Harman. Very interesting career!
