Re: Please tell me about using a Farmall Cub Sickle mowerThat's a nice one. I'd get some wheels spacers for the back and get the tires out as wide as you can, maybe even as wide as the deck itself. It should be really stable that way. The diff lock is really nice for mowing banks because you don't have to worry about traction as much. Just stand on the diff lock and keep on going. Sounds like a good option to me, and like you said, use the Cub for the other stuff.

I would love to have another Farmall/Ih Cub, but I don't think it's in the cards right now. I need to make do with what I have due to repair costs soaring on the old house. Strange how little things like that can add up isn't it? Hoping to move in sometime next year. I'll let you folks know how it turned out. SS Though trillions and trillions of eyes have been watching the skies for as long as human memory exists, no gods nor angels have been seen or documented outside of religion. The number of spaceships being sighted however has become much more prevalent.
