Howdy, everyone! I have wanted a cub for many years. First , I had a FORD ( Fix Or Repair Daily). Hated the PTO; traded for a AC (good tractor). Had only blade and old disc. Little gardening, but worked fine. I bought a '54 Cub about 2 months ago. Hadn't run in 5 yrs. Kept in a drive in a basement. A good friend helped me get it cranked; purrs like a kitten; no oil consumption; excellent compression; hydraulic works (but no rockshaft lift or any other needed part to pull plow or disc (which I am looking for; also plow depth control lever with attaching parts). Hoping to find parts locally. Glad to be on the forum!
