newbie from eastern PAGreetings, I'm Chris from Northampton Co, PA. I've a 1968 104 with a K301 replacement engine ( 1996 vintage ) . Currently tractor is apart for a quickie refurbishing to preserve from further deterioration until I can afford a proper restoration . See y'all around the forum. Chris

A Doodle Bug is a tractor that has been made from an old car/truck parts/chassis. Many folks in the 20's/30's etc., could not afford a real tractor but were able to acquire a junker that they could then convert. I have my father-in-laws doodle bug which was home built using parts from an old Studebacker, a Ford and a couple other vehicles that I haven't been able to identify.
