This was another project I was working on with the State of Kansas at the same time I was doing the tag. This only took about 1 1/2 years to complete. US Hwy75 through Coffey County Kansas (26 miles) is now Floyd H Robinson Vietnam MIA memorial highway. Floyd is 4 months younger than me and went to school with me, was a year behind me because of birthday date. Floyd was reported MIA on March 12, 1969. Side note - The KANSAS Cubfest is held on this Highway. http://photos.cubfest.com/albums/userpics/10395/FHR_small.jpeg
