It's a little worse then i thought but still not bad. were still gonna get it he's gonna get it running Better! first Then go from there.. i got it to fire off  just for 10 seconds... sounds like the carb needs a Good!! Cleaning along with the sediment bowl an Tank an a tune up distributor the Point's may be a little rusty my plan when we get it home is to tune the whole thing up new points Cap Plugs ect... New Gas new oil filter Flush the engine out an so on an get rid of all the Jerry Rigged Crap!!  HaHa it was a pan seat tractor which i like a lot an whats left of the battery box is still there a little  ... But over all Nice Tractor!!  time will tell in the next week or so let ya'll know in awhile... When all said an done " Oscar's " gonna have a Good home... Later Ya'll

Square nose Farmall is a pretty rare beast.... The fellow that worked at the local dealer couldn't say if the white hood was factory on the one below. Unless I have the SN wrong, the LAST Farmall Cub!

Well a little up date we got it home we put a new coil on it an a carb kit an it's running like a charm! Right now! anyone gotta a Seat?

Yeah but i need the whole shabang! an a Battery Box on little Tool box  thing holds between 40-38 PSI Oil Pressure! No Smoke!  Could not ask for more from that little Engine!
