Cecil also found some at a JD dealer that were much cheaper. You might see if you can get a part # from him.

Once you know the size, try your nearest tractor dealership. I have found that the local tractor dealerships stock quality bolts. Grade 5 and 8.
Might try a well stocked hardware store. They may have the bolts in grade 5 or 8.

The standard rear wheel nuts and bolts from the dealer are OUTRAGEOUS, about $20 bucks apiece. I found the ones at Home Depot affordable and good enough for me.
