touch control help

Does anyone know how to manually release and extend the hydraulic cylinders. I am trying to re-assemble the control braces to the pins and rockshaft on a 130. I have a topic on the 130 forum with some responses but still have been unable to get this thing back together. I think the unit is the same or similar to Super A touch control. I did this once a couple of years ago after a rebuild and do not remember it being so difficult. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, John
