Hello from south TexasHello. checking in for first time. Here's my 49 M I just bought. Wasn't really in the market to buy one yet. (Just toying with the idea) when this super deal came up. A deal I couldn't refuse. So I'm in it knee deep now. Want to restore it and make it pretty again, but don't have a clue. Got some manuals coming. When they arrive, I'll be jumping in all four feet. I've redone Harleys before, but this will be my first tractor. Should be about the same, just more there to tinker with. The M is such an awesome beast. I'm just in awe. Grew up with Ford 8Ns.

![]() When posting a pic you need to open the thumnail pic so you get the large photo. Then right click on the large photo and copy the url into your post and put the image brackets around it. It should look like the bottom line in the code block below.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.
