Looks nice John. It's amazing what a few lights will do.

Mother Nature is a Scrooge!!!!!! Temps in the upper 30s and lower 40s today with winds gusting to 65 mph at times. Tore some of my decorations out of a tree, some of the lights down, etc. I unplugged to cord so the timer would not start up the blower for the polar bear, etc. Will wait till the wind settles to put it back together. Wind broke out part of a large tree at neighbors house that hit roof and took out his power drop. They said 11,000 in area with no electric due to wind.

Same here, heavy winds all day and more for tomorrow. The Nativity stable is laying on its back. Gonna take four people at least to set it back up unless I dismantle it and put back together. Some of the plastic figures were blown so hard they came out of their plugs. About 15,000 lights are out for the night and a lot of the displays are scattered across the yard. I will start looking at it in the daylight and putting it all back together. This hasn't dampened my Christmas spirit. Our annual visitors will still get to see a great display.

I was going to put my reindeer out but I forgot about them. The wind would have loved these.

Wind was less today, so late this afternoon I put everything back together. at least what was left, one of my Frosty snowman hanging faces was totally destroyed, and one of the little trees had the base torn apart, but everything else is back together including repairing the tree base.

Rosie and I have been feeling a little sickly today but it was still windy so we stayed inside. Melissa and Nick are coming over in the morning for our annual Christmas photo so we will try to set the stable up then. I think I can have 90% of the lights back up and going by Sunnday evening.
