Here I go again! You would think that after all these years I would learn my lesson. Maybe Bob Perry has a voodoo doll that makes me do these things. Regardless, beginning today I will, once again, be taking orders for CubFest name tags. Here is what one looks like. They are $15.00 each plus shipping, but the more we order the cheaper they get. Last year we ordered so many we had them down to $4.00 apiece. Here is how the price breaks down if bought in quantities QTY PRICE EACH 1…..$15 2-5….. $11 6-15….. $8 16-30….. $7 31-50….. $5 51 or more….. $4 Plus shipping costs of $3.20. That is for postage and a bubble pack envelope. The postal service has changed some of their postage rates so now I can send up to at least six tags for the same price as two. You can have a magnetic back or a Gator clip instead of a pin clip for an additional $1.00. There are two types of magnet. One clips on your clothing or if you order the tag as a blank back I will add a business card type magnet to the back if you want to hang this on your Cub. Post the information you want on the bottom two lines of the tag in this thread. Also include the type fastener you want. Your post should look something like this: Bill Weisbrodt Barnyard Pin clip (or magnet, gator, blank) Don’t worry about quote marks around your screen name; the software put’s it in automatically. Keep in mind; what you send me is exactly the way it will appear on the tag. If you misspell it, that’s the way you’ll get it. If you put down all CAPS, you’ll get all CAPS. I try to catch some things but in the end it is up to you to get it right. NO EMAIL OR PM ORDERS PLEASE!!! They get lost and I will not take responsibility. The order deadline is 8:00 pm Ohio time on January 13, 2013. That gives you nine days to post your order here. At that time I will put everything together and email it to the vendor so the proofs can be made the next day. I will post a pic of the proofs so everybody can make sure their tag is correct before it is cut. I will not take orders after the order deadline since it requires stopping and starting the process again so please don’t ask. I will post the cost per tag and shipping as soon as it is determined. If payment is not received within the alloted time posted in the payment instruction thread your name will be dropped from the list before the final order goes in. I know this sounds like a lot but you don’t know the hassle I go through every year because somebody didn’t read it all. It will take about two weeks before the order to goes in and then another week or so before I receive them. Then Rosie and I will sort them and repackage them to send out. That will be almost another week. All told it will take almost a month to get this done. I would like to have these out to everybody by time the DSCF rolls around in February, so I hope there are no delays. To make sure you are on the list and for additional information check out http://www.savethecub.com/nametag.htm. Please keep in mind, I do not make or sell these. They are ordered from a company in Indianapolis and you pay only actual costs. There is no middle man mark up. This is done solely as an annual service to the members. If you plan to go to DSCF let me know and I will save you shipping costs. Thanks!

Bill, I will be placing an order before the deadline. I have a lot of local cub friends that attend my cubfest, and read the forum, but have not joined. They have indicated interest when they saw mine in the past.
We have our monthly antique tractor club tomorrow night, so I will see if there is interest there.
To those that have already ordered, and those that are considering it. I suggest ordering multiples. You WILL lose them. (Experience talking)
Also, you will find, as in all years past when Bill has done this, that the price will drop to $4 ea. Right now they are at $8., so in theory at this rate, you will get 2 for 1 if you order multiples, and if you have not ordered yet, and cost is a consideration, the more that order, the cheaper they get.
If you are waiting for the price to drop before ordering (and so does everyone else) the price may not drop to where it should/could.
I will be getting 5 or more most likely. Some will say {Dale and Jan Shaw-owners}, some with our names etc..
just my $.02 Dale

Not only will you guys get the price down to where you can get two for one, you will also help me and Dale save a few bucks. Just a thought.
