If anyone is bringing a tractor, just let me know so I can make sure there is enough space kept clear over the weekend! This is going to be fun! I am heading over to the shop in a few minutes to see if I can find out just WHERE I put that helicoil kit!!! I found the 3/8-16, but not the 5/8-11. I hate getting so forgetful...I do remember putting it somewhere...just can't finish that final puzzle piece!!!

Fantastic! I went to the shop and it turns out the second one I have was for the SA finals and is a 3/4-10, not a 5/8-11. So if you would be so kind and bring yours, that would be great! Thanks and see you there!

Al, maybe I will go out and check my SA to make sure all the mounting holes are good...don't think I looked that closely, actually. This would be a good time to do it if needed. I will have a large drill that I used for my final repairs.

A quick update and summary of tasks! First, a reminder of date and location: Saturday, January 19, 2013 Browns Auto and Collision 11744 15-501 South Chapel Hill, NC 27517 These are the folks that expressed an interest in coming: 1 Joel (joel) - SA, flush transmission, cean/rebuild carb, valves adjusted, clutch adjusted 2 Al (Super A) - SA, helicoil implement bolt holes 3 Dale (BDFinch) - '52 Cub, front transmission seal & "55 Cub, find (and eliminate!) mysterious metalic scraping noise under the hood, install my fasthitch 4 Sammy (sammydonnacub) - assist 5 ? (danovercash) - assist 6 Brendan (Brendan In NC) - assist 7 ? (BJ Moretz) - assist 7 ? (buster38) - assist Anyone else want to come play I mean work?!! Any other tractors? The shop owner said we could have as much space as we need...and it is a large shop! I will be picking up Joel's SA on Wednesday the 16th, and will probably take my 2 cubs over sometime during that week, if not this next weekend. Maybe get a jump on my work. I also plan to sandblast some parts this week, like a seat and post, tool box, and fasthitch depth control lever. I will have my large drill, but when I looked for that 21/32" drill bit for a spare, couldn't find one, so if anyone else has one for the helicoiling, that would be great. I will have some beverages and munchies, but for lunch, we will just head over to the nearby establishments. I'm looking forward to this, and really excited to meet more of the "local" folks! If you need to reach me, just call at 919-360-7979 (cell).

Hey folks! If anyone has any questions, including directions, etc., please call my cell phone: 919-369-7979. Tonnika, the owner's daughter who runs the shop, can't answer any of your questions since she has nothing to do with this gathering, and has a busy shop to run! Sorry I forgot to mention this earlier...she MIGHT forgive me!!! .
