My Local Cub and CaseIH Dealer

Postby Rudi » Sat Sep 03, 2005 12:15 pm

It was with great sadness that I learned yesterday morning that the victim of a horrendous crash about 15 miles from my home claimed the life of my Local CaseIH Dealer - Paul Babineau.

Paul was the driver of a pickup which slammed into a parked semi on the old section of the TCH which is called Homestead Road. For some reason, truckers seem to prefer parking and sleeping in their rigs on the side of the road instead of pulling off into designated truck rest stops of which we have many.

It seems that Paul was very tired and they think he fell asleep at the wheel. Unfortuantely the crash initiated a very hot vehicle fire and he was consumed at the scene.

Mine and my families sympathy goes out to Gina his lovely wife, Cristina his daughter as well as her sister. I know Gina and Cristina as they are involved in the family business and I deal with them a lot.

I hope that everyone would say a prayer for his family as they try to get through this.

We'll be praying for the Babineau family.
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.
