Any body reconize these hoppers

I have two galvanized hoppers they have simular feed wheels and mounts as a international, but i have looked around and cant find any like them. Wondering if someone has seen these before, thanks

OK I will take a stab. I think these hoppers are pre-Cub, etc. equipment, like REALLY early H's and M's, and F series Farmalls.

thanks for the info, i found some on the Wisconsin historical society that looked like them. I will post some pics and the model #'s of what i found.

I've got a couple of those too! They came with a 1968 Farmall 140 I bought a few years ago that had a BUNCH of implements and parts. I have no idea what that hopper fits.....I just know I've not seen another like it except for sale at RPRU, and yours. Let us know what all you find out and post pictures if possible.

here's a link to what i found on the Wisconsin historical society it is in the International Harvester General Catalog -- No. 49 -- 1949, there are a few pages with the same hopper on different tractors its on page 206 the link may not show well

Fertilizer hoppers. You can find them in PLA-2A. Don't have the right picture (need a front view), but probably for the A-33-a and B-33-A fertilizer units. If the top opening is round it is the A/B. Oval, it is the HM-33. 1940-1942

My scan of PLA-2A is available in (NEW) manuals. It is a 124 meg file, though (786 PAGES)

hard to tell from the pics, I was going by him having 2 of them, there would have been 2 on a H or M

Anyone think there is a market for these i have no need for them i do not have the drives for them just two hoppers and they are in decent shape not rusted out

Someone is looking for them......Don't scrap them or throw them away. Being in VA, I'm sure Boss would be intrested.

Keep in mind that the hoppers are what rust out so good ones must have some value even as extras. I asked you a specific question on the shape. Having the correct part number and application is the first step in finding the right home for these. I hate to junk old, good, parts. Somebody wants them...

IH tended to use common hoppers across the line. That style preceeded the round ones we typically see on a Cub. Anything for the early letter series tractors and before plus a lot of non-tractor applications used those hoppers.
