Couple of "orphans "These sure are forlorn lookin things from the January Florida Flywheelers Show.
Re: Couple of "orphans "Hope they went to a good home!!
Re: Couple of "orphans "It looks like somebody got into my barn.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

Re: Couple of "orphans "I think they went back home. He was asking 500 for the red one and 800 for the yellow
Re: Couple of "orphans "The Red one has axle extensions on the rear!
Re: Couple of "orphans "Raymond, isn't that a wide front axle too?

Re: Couple of "orphans "I'm not sure, but I don't think so. The axle clamp is right under the edge of the bolster casting. On a wide axle, the clamp ends up a few inches outside of the edge of the casting. With the axle run all the way out, it's deceiving though!
Re: Couple of "orphans "that first picture looks like it has the much sought after rear wheel "wide cub" adapters ? coppersmythe...............................................edit: dang ya'll are fast... not a wide front axle, i've been looking close for a year, but that rear axle, hmmmmmmmmmmm
Re: Couple of "orphans "Ok, so what is that strange angle iron thingy dangling off the front end

Re: Couple of "orphans "Is it just me or does the Yellow Cub look to have 15" front wheels? They sure look larger than the std 12".

Re: Couple of "orphans "Somebody has a thing against fenders.
Re: Couple of "orphans "Huh, if the long stripe was really a true long stripe I might've bought it for $800.
Re: Couple of "orphans "Yep, I spotted the axle extensions right off too.... the piece on the front is a 'Florida Snow Plow' special attachment.
The yeller one isn't likely to be a long stripe, would have a white grille with white doglegs.... and the hood doesn't look to be attached anyway. 1971 Cub (Rufus) 1950 Cub (Cathy) 1965 Lo Boy Fast Hitch (Nameless III) 1970 Cub 1000 Loader & Fast Hitch (Lee)
