At least no one is claiming to have bagged it and claim a spot on Boone and Crocket or one of the other rating Org.s.
It will be a great mount, and should go in a Cabela's store, where thousands of folks can see it.

I apologize guys, the buck is a hoax. I had my doubts, but knowing the family that owns the farm where the deer was supposed to have been found, and knowing the family of the girl that sent my daughter the text, I found it hard to believe that it wasn't real. However, non typical deer are not common around my home and deer with this much antler are not common here either. The blood on the floor in the picture also bothered me. A deer found dead wouldn't be bleeding. I posted the picture on another (bowhunting) website and a member remembered seeing that picture before.
