Your Favorite Cub
I am sure this has been discussed before. Do you have a favorite cub? Tell us about it.
Mine is my 56 with fast hitch. It is in original condition other than tires as far as I know.
It was my first farmall cub and is a great little tractor.

Re: Your Favorite Cub
I "only" own one, so it would have to be my favorite! It has saved me a TON of work I previously had to do by hand!

Re: Your Favorite Cub
My favorite is my 53, which always runs good while plowing dirt and pushing snow.
However I think the loader LoBoy gets the most work done, could be a favorite but the square nose is not appealing.

Merlin, my 1949 cub is by far my favorite. He is the one who brought me closer to all of the folks on this forum whom I would have never met otherwise.

Re: Your Favorite Cub
I would have to say my 57 lo-boy...Its a working tractor and has been modified to fit my needs somewhat...It has done a lot of work around my "spread" and is great fun to operate....And I also agree with Hengy...Although I haven't met person to person with the guys here on the forum ( I hope to rectify that in the future) they have been a great help to me and I surely appreciate it...This is a great forum, no snide remarks, nobody looking down their noses at anyone, just good ol boys trying to help each other out...Can't beat it....Of course, My 53 is a great tractor also, but my wife has taken over that one...She's going to paint it this year...She's addicted also...Dave

Well I like all my square noses but am partial to the 64 Farmall 12 Volt cub red with white hood just because they are rare.

Re: Your Favorite Cub
My partiality varies, with the seasons. Right now, the loboy with the Wagner loader, is my favorite. I use it daily, to bring in firewood. If it snow, by loboy with the big snowplow, becomes my favorite. Come spring, the plowing cub takes over, then, the cultivating cub. On the days that the one I need, won't start, the one that runs, and takes over for the ailing one, is my favorite. Guess I have a "favorite du jour"! Ed

Re: Your Favorite Cub
I like all the red round nose ones but I have never had a square nose one so I may like those as well. Boss Hog tells me I should try the long stripe ones and I will like them even better. Jim
