Ace Hardware has an IH Blue in their brand that is a good match, larger can and a good spray nozzle. Appears to be a good quality paint, I have used it on a couple things and been real happy with the results.
Good luck,

FWIW, I use Rustoleum. First I sand or brush things as best as can be, then brush on (no spraying) thick primer for rusting metal--2 coats best. Then Rustoleum's Gloss Royal Blue with a brush. 2 coats best again. I use throwaway "chip" brushes.

Re: cub culivator colors
This seemed like a good time with this thread and members have been asking me for these, to show I now have decals available for the early cub cultivators
#201 & 202 are for the first blue cultivators that went on the right tool bar, they were originally a painted stencil, I offer it in two versions, #201 is the vinyl replacement and the other #202 is a vinyl cut out so if you want it like the factory you can paint it over the stencil and just peel it off and it will lool like the original, both are in the same font and size
#203 & 204 are for the cultivators that were red mounting frames and blue bottoms around 1955 when the fast hitch was released, that is why the blue tool bar decal #204 has the designation F-144
#203 was on the red mounting frame on the right side
I showed pics of originals along with the new decals so you can see locations also so you know where they are located
thanks Tim
