I met Russ and Martha at one of Gary's cubfests. I enjoyed the time I spent with him and found him to be a true gentleman. Our condolences to his family.

Russ will be missed, most certainly by almost anyone who ever met him, exchanged emails/pm's with him or just shared a thread. A gentleman of the old school, he always stepped up to help the new ones as well as our most senior members. He was a real joy to share things with.

I remember him trying to teach me Autocad .... :big give up: .. I am sorry Russ, I don't think I will ever get the hang of it :( . Thanks for trying to teach me, you were a great mentor to me and a good friend. I just wish Em and I could have met you and Miss Martha in person. Rest in Peace (+) my friend, you will always be part of our family here.

Very sad to hear of Mr. Leggitt's passing. Remember sharing PM's on drawings for FH points. My condolences to the family, he will be missed.

I never got to see them very often due to the distance, but Russ and Martha are dear friends. Martha and the family have our prayers. Here is a link to the obituary

Thank you, John, for the link. I was able to send an electronic condolence card. I really wanted to say something to the family, appreciate that opportunity. Russ will truly be missed by all who met him.

Mr. Russ was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. We've lost a good friend.
I found this old Cub, Forgotten and Forlorn,
With pistons and valves frozen and worn.
Help from my buddies on Farmallcub.com,
And an engine from Ralph, (37’s the one),
Now ole Corky is running and back to life,
Much to the surprise of my dear, dear wife!
