Wondering if the points for Cub implements are the same size as the small (300/350) size points? John

Wow, that was fast!! Do you ever leave your computer? So the Cub point is the 400/450 size, or were there three sizes? John

I had asked Boss this question just the other day. It's my understanding there are two sizes. Cub uses the same as 300 and up.

Thanks for the quick answers. I have a frame for a post hole digger with small points. Just wondered if they would fit a Cub. John

There was a shim made to allow the use of small points in the large receiver. I've never seen one, so I can't give a description or the dimensions. I'll bet there is someone on here that can, though. :D

There was a photo of a SHIM in the issue of RED POWER magazine that covered FAST HITCH implements. Basically, it was just a flat piece of steel that was held in the bottom where each prong slides into. It allowed you to use the smaller size prongs with the larger FAST HITCH.

If I remember right, the shim is 1/4" thick x the width of the points. Had a FH Sickle mower I used with a 450D, then a 560 I had. John
