No you won't, if you get the "Pumkin Plate" from Cole. It will plant your squash quite neatly.

Had one of those years ago. Dad sold the planters and bought one. Must have not been set up right as it "sowed" corn. When we downsized the garden I sold everything but the point (buyer wanted to adapt to 3 point). The point is part of my layoff/middle buster/subsoiler tool. Have pix of point and pattern on photo host.

Harold R - Great job on the resto cole planter. Would you mind sharing information on the fertilizer shoot? We need to replace/fabricate on for my Poppy’s we are working on restoring. Would love to hear from anyone else who has info on this planter as well. Thanks.
