How do you subscribe to a forum? I have looked and can't seem to find where to click. I had been subscribed to a forum for awhile and now I'm no longer subscribed for some reason. Thanks

Re: Subscriptions
Thanks Rudi. I tried that but didn't solve the problem. My profile does not show me subscribed to any forum. And I do not see the subscribe link on the forums. Thanks

Re: Subscriptions
Thomas, is it the entire for sale forum or just a particular post you are not subscribed to?
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Do all others seem to work okay?

That's the only forum I was subscribed to. I do not see the subscribe link on any forum. Of course I may not be looking in the right place

Re: Subscriptions
So...can I subscribe to a forum or not? There used to be a subscribe to option on each forum

Re: Subscriptions
Thomas:
Each forum at the bottom of the page has a footer: Board index Unsubscribe topic Bookmark topic. I am going to take a stab here - since I am subscribe through my UCP as a default, each of the forum footers shows me an Unsubscibe option. Since you are not subscribed then the footer should have the subscribe option to choose.
Never ran into this problem before, it is a new one on me. But this sounds like it should work.
User Control Panel - Manage Subscriptions will show you to what topics you are subscribed - in my case it is all threads that I post to. You can set that here - Board Preferences - edit posting defaults ensure that the line : Notify me upon replies by default: Yes No has the Yes option ticked.

Re: Subscriptions
Thanks for sticking with me here Rudi. OK, I can subscribe to a topic, but I cannot subscribe to a forum. I was subscribed to the For Sale Cubs forum. That way when someone(anyone) posted something for sale, then I was notified. Now it will only let me subscribe to a particular topic, not the whole forum. I hope I am making myself clear. I see the subscribe option when I click on a topic, but not when I click on a forum. I was subscribed to the for sale cubs forum, and I have no idea how I became unsubscribed. I did not unsubscribe

Re: Subscriptions
In all the years that I have been a member I have never been subscribed to a forum where I got a notification of a new post via email. Only those posts that I comment on. I am not sure how you had that ability. I am kinda hoping Dennis will see this. Maybe he has the answer.

I had it for about a year I'd guess. It was wonderful. I sure wish I still had it
