Hydraulic Block repair question

Postby Papa's Cub » Tue Apr 30, 2013 7:41 am

Is there suppose to be an o-ring on the safety relief? Also, there are 3 blue o-rings in the kit I haven't found a place for...yet. Am I suppose to use any type sealant under the head gasket? Thanks for the help.

The three blue orings are not used. I do not use sealant on the gasket. You do not want sealant squeezing out and getting into the system.

Blue orings are for the hydraulic lines connection at the hydraulic pump.

Go to the "Manuals" section on the link (above right) and open the Blue Ribbon Touch Control manual. It'll have an exploded diagram of a T/C unit with index. Each seal (o-ring) is shown and labeled.
