Hi all!
Sorry I haven't been able to follow up with pics. Rudi generously offered to format and post them for me and I intend to send them today.
Right after my last post we had to drop everything and go help my mother through a medical crisis. This is ongoing but improving slowly and we anticipate spending at least another week at my sister's house in Clearwater tending to her. We will do all we can do before resorting to further means.

Back to the cub.... my 9 YO granddaughter fell in love with it and named it Whitington after I showed here some demo pictures. I guess that decides the paint color eh!

As this was a basket case, I performed an inventory finding some parts missing. The PO could not find them and must of lost or never had them. I will post a wanted list in the appropriate forum location. We will also be in Indiana in our RV during June and may have opportunity to collect parts during the trip. We are going to the 8 day bluegrass festival at BeanBlossom and visit family in cities and farms scattered along the general Wabash river area.

I continue to gain knowledge from the posts, reviewing from the older ones and following rebuild and restore threads. This has been a great way to pass time productively over the past two weeks. I have also been working on my banjo playing, learning two new song from YouTube lessons.

Thanks again and I will send the pics along soon.
Ron

Ron, you will be 97 miles from the Barnyard Bash CubFest which will be the weekend before the Bluegrass Festival. It would be a great time to stop in and meet many of the forum members. I will have twenty amp electric for each camper wanting to run basic appliances during their stay. There will be several others camping here that weekend. You are more than welcome to attend.

Wow! I would really love to attend but we can't leave FL until the second of June :( arriving in IN around the 6th after a Nashville TN stop to see family (Hermitage area) and a visit to the opry.
We are going to the Johnson county antique engine and tractor show while there.
I am definetely going to make the next DSCF next spring unless I get lured back to work contracting in the nuclear power field. There is an offer on the table to spend next winter and spring just East of Toledo. Not sure I'm ready for the winter after so many years away.

Thanks so much for the invite.
