Trans in the same. If you plan to use the trans in a Cub, just have to flip the punkin, otherwise you will have three reverse gears and one forward. The Hi-Lo will not work in a Cub.

Cadet only,with he hi-lo. As Bill said, can be used in a cub, with the Hi-Lo, removed, and the cub shaft added. Need a cap, on the lower shaft bearing, too, for use in a cub, as well as flipping the differential gears, as Bill mentioned. Ed

Looking at that picture, it appears that the holes for the rockshaft mount on the top of the transmission are either filled with cork or not drilled/tapped, also I can't tell whether the hole for the PTO on the side of the tranny is drilled and filled with a Welch plug if it is not drilled. The holes to mount the floor pan look like they are not drilled/tapped either.

Gears and bearings would work for a cub, though. (except the parts that the guys mentioned before)...

that rear is not off a original its not the same
