Yes, It's a tractor supply thing, My wife works part time at TSC, If a certain product is scanned at the check out , It ask's for you birth date. If the cashier does't enter it the computer won't let the cashier finish the transaction, I guess the government is afraid off people using sea foam & paint to start up a meth Lab, My wife gets grief over this all the time. I think the government just doesn’t want kids cleaning their carbs or sprucing up their tractors with fresh paint. It’s all part of the control the masses campaign to keep them hooked on their bookface and texting machines.

This is nothing new. I remember that in the 70s, I suddenly had to have my parents buy plastic model glue for me, because the government didn't want me sniffing it to get high.
