Serial Number

Postby Turk999 » Mon Aug 05, 2013 11:41 pm

As I wait for all the Manuel's to come in the mail I have been looking around here and the web for the Serial Numbers to really see what I have. Here is a pic of mine. I'm not finding these on any chart that I have found. I was told it was a 1970 cub lo boy 154. Any help would be great.

Assuming the digit I can't read is a "1", it is a '69.

Number 014519 (if I read it correctly) puts it towards the end of 1969.

Yea that's what I think the numbers are. Thanks guys for the info. These are just the first of many questions. I'm new to the whole tractor thing.

You can double check the manufacture year by comparing the engine serial number with the ones listed in the above link. It is possible the engine has been changed or the engine serial number is out of sequence.
I have an excuse. CRS.
