Well, went out to take a photo, and I don't have that part either. On mine, the chain just goes through the pin (9). Sorry!!
So, make that two of us that need a pic and dimensions of the hook.

It's pretty close. The one in question has a loop on one end, and the chain hook on the other. I could probably make one pretty quick next time I'm up at Bobs. I've got a jig made for the 193 and 152 plow hooks, just need a torch and don't have one at my place.

Well, struck out again. The one on Fla was connected the same way as the one in Colorado.
