I'm Cheap. There, I said it! If it were me, I would buy a plain mailbox, 2 cans of rattle paint, and a decal kit form Tractor Supply. Bet I could save $50.
Best,
Mike

that sounds like a good idea, the plow guys hate us so they would try to hit it not try to miss it. they only plow when there is a dusting of snow, not when there is 10"

First put a letter in the box & tell the mail man it is there & not to take it .
2nd when they hit it call the post office & tell them that the plow truck just knocked down your mail box & it had mail to send in it.
Mail that the mail man put there is no good it has to be mail with postage to cancel .

2nd idea 6" casing 4' deep.
Mail box built out of 1/2" plate
don't laugh I have seen boxes like this & don't know but I think that is why.
If it's been broken I did it.
If its not broken wait till I touch it.

hey jostev. as i said earlier great minds think a like. got tired of waiting for the circle cub emblem to come in so i made my own graphics. put on magnetic paper, put that plastic stuff on em to seal em, and this is what i got. i think the base is a "bean head drum" from an old combine. correct me if i am wrong.

There was a guy down the road having trouble with kids hitting his mailbox with a bat. One time he got so mad he bought a big mail box and put a small mail box inside and filled the space with concrete

one morning he found peices of bat next to it

Yeah but it doesn't affect the BDGPCL (BigDog Global Positioning Cub Locator) 8) which is an upgrade from the old CLB. Sorry!

A street near here seemed to be having a lot of trouble with mail boxes. Some kids would go down the street and nail every box with a 2x4. One guy got sick of it and came up with a home made box -- made of 1/4" diamond plate.

On another nearby street, there was a mail box on a pole that looked like pipe, maybe about 2 1/2". One day I happened to look a little closer and notice it was that size RE-BAR.
