The mounting hardware is different . It wont mount under belly either.

Blade? I don't see why you couldn't use the blade....If you have the rest of the hardware for the lo boy...

Haven't actually tried it but I don't think you'll get it off the ground. Literally or figuratively.

You can put the Lo-Boy blade on a regular Cub. Again, haven't tried that either but I understand it'll lift higher but won't dig as deep.

Essentially the answer is no. A Cub-54 will not fit on a Lo-Boy. However as Jeff said, the L-54 will fit on a Cub. Mix-matching parts is kinda counterproductive.....
