Recently picked up this dandy hood for my '48 (thanks Muleboss and Stanton!).
Didn't have a problem with anyone wanting to pick it up from my trailer....

Cool! That works better than the fixed artillery at Ft Adams.

Be sure you do not put a tarp over that when hauling it or you may need a Concealed Carry permit.

Now I have to wait for good weather to get after working on slicking out that hood. Darn winter!
Pulling the gun with the Cub in parades is the plan, but the gun weighs more than the Cub! I'm going to have to come up with some serious front weights to keep the front end down. Thought about casting some out of lead. Any ideas?

What ever you do, DO IT SAFE. Cub brakes are not the best for stoping a heavy trailer.

If you intend to pull it on the trailer,use a battery pack such as a jump start pack and a switch that can operate the trailer brakes in an emergency.
