Daughters 50 cub wins second

Postby Jdbfish » Mon Feb 10, 2014 11:54 pm

Hello everyone, hope all is well. Have not been on here in a long long time. I wanted to thank everyone who helped us out on this project and also let everyone know she won second and reserve champion at the Bell county youth fair with her restored 1950 cub 4h project. Me and mama are super proud!!!! Can't get pics to load but if someone is willing to. Post them for me, I can email them. Thanks

Looks great, congrats!
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

If I were a bout 50 years younger I would be trying to date a young lady that could do that kind of work. :D

Congratulations to your daughter! I agree with the others that that merits a blue ribbon. Maybe the rules have changed, but when I was in 4-H, if the quality of your exhibit warranted, you got a blue ribbon, even if that was everyone in the show. Contrariwise, if your exhibit wasn't up to snuff, you didn't get a blue, even if you were the only exhibitor.
