Good day everyone; I need to remove the rear wheels so they can be painted, and I am not sure how best support the tractor. In the past I have seen member's tractors simply resting on jack stands. Is this adaquite? Your suggestions are welcome.

That's all I did. Had it on stands for a couple of weeks while I painted rims and had the tires at the shop getting mounted. No problem.

I have a bunch of 6x6 short timbers, for cribbing. Wedge the front axle, so it doesn't try to tip.
