I just looked at the weather radar ----- snow all over Lake Michigan headed ESE. Have you got the Cub fueled up? Looks like you may need it. Oh, the snow plow may be needed as well. The way the storm is headed, I stand a chance of getting some also.

What a terrible mess! We are finally in the midst of a spring thaw and I had a terrible ice/snow load on a shallow pitch metal roof come down today. I was plowing as much mud as I was snow.

Rule of Thumb here: Snow of any sort possible up to and including major spring (i.e., heavy) snowfalls of a couple of feet until Easter. If Easter is in sight, and the weather forecast is sweet, then off with the snow plow. That is at 1800' above sea level.

I left mine on just until the manure thawed out in the animal pens enough to scrape them out. I plowed a little swath of the garden before the rain yesterday and planted my peas (finally). It was a little damp for my silt loam, but there's a lot of precipitation in the forecast and I didn't want to wait. I think now i'm gonna take the time during the rain to get some grease off and do a quickie paint job.

I'd like to take the blade off so I could put on my cheap and dirty rake to do some yard cleaning.

We moved from Manistee Mi. in 1991. That year my garden froze on June 28. Good Luck!

I think Im going to roll the dies and try to take it off tomorrow if time allows. I've got a lot of clean up to do in the yard.
