I have a C, it is really handy, I pull trees, (be careful if you pull them down, sometimes they can hit you in the head ) I have a bucket on mine, so it is that much more usefull.
Good luck with the blade for the cuc

I have a '52 Super C. It is my main chore tractor, and used for raking and tedding hay. The aftermarket 3 point hitch makes it very handy.
As gas is cheaper than diesel right now, it is splitting wood with the dreaded "Bark Buster". I use it to run the cut-off saw as it is smoother than my JD "B", and uses less fuel.
Best,
Mike

Can you tell us about the saw, or post pictures? In the '60s we had a cutoff saw mounted on my Grandad's Super C. later it was modified to fit dad's Cub. cut many loads of wood with it. Sold it years ago.

I think that this is something that you were talking about?
They still make some models, but they were proved dangerous
