Well, I am happy that this is finished. It was more work than I expected ...but what else is new right.
Here are some pictures showing the gluing process:
Glue is applied in a heavy coat and grade gets final adjustments.
Tilling implement mixes the glue and the minus granite.
Granite and glue mix prior to rolling:
1.5 T. roller:
All finished

Mike,
Very nice! Now you want get those Cub tires dirty
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn, knew nothing about her just the year she was born I washed her and greased her and painted her red Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Thanks guys
This process is still fairly new out here. It is about 1/3 the cost of concrete, and about 1/2 the cost of asphalt or chip and seal.
The surface compaction of the finished driveway is about 1600 psi, compared to 1200-1400 for asphalt and 2000-2500 for concrete.
Ralph, you should look into this for your place. Would save you $$$$ over concrete
