Were any of the BN tractors ever made with anything other than the 18 inch axles? I have seen several with the left side final drive of an A instead of the 18 incher. As far as I am able to determine the factory only made one option, 18 both sides. Right or wrong?

The short left is a do-it-yourself modification. Not a good idea.

Jim, that was exactly what I told the dealer who has it for sale. He got a little upset and insisted the tractor was correct. There is also a gap between the seat and fender, shouldn't be.
Thanks for your input!

A B has a 4 inch gap between the right seat bracket and the right fender. An A or a BN has the bracket directly next to the fender.
