I don't normally have this problem,can you please tell me if I can rectify this.

avatar photos must be less than 6 KB and no larger than 80 X 80 pixels. If it meets that criteria, you should be able to upload directly from your computer

You can use either WinXP PowerToys Image ReSizer or you can use Irfan View or the other one that is on the Cub Manual Server main index page.

You can also do a search on AvatarMaker.. it is a utility that my kids have used from time to time...

There are a few other utilities around..

Portrait Avatar Maker is an on-line Avatar generation engine.. haven't tried it, but I think I might...

Quickblog Avatar Maker is another on-line utility.

I just typed : avatarmaker into the Google search box, and lots came up, so it should be pretty easy...

I cheat.. I got my daughter to make mine..... :!: :roll: :lol: :lol:

Thanks Rudi, I've downloaded WinXP it seemed to be the easier to use. I might just give the avatar maker programmes a go, could come up with somethin real 'interesting'.
