This is how I painted them
I used an old light weight 10 ton press frame,found a piece of 2" steel pipe had to grind 2 flats on the pipe to ge it to slip past the splines it made it easy to spin the wheel to get to all the small areas. I guess in hind site we should have removed the lugs.
