WD Allis Chalmers, looking for the PTO shaft that mounts under the tractor. Used and good condition, OK.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Try Tony Carbaugh. I've bought parts from him in the past. www.tonystractors.com

I am hoping Sonny sees this want ad. He has several WDs, perhaps a parts tractor.

I have several inquiries out to other salvage yards.

Tongue broke, completely in to, on our 5' brush mower. Bent the tractor's PTO shaft. Son thinks the PTO shaft on the 2nd WD may be bent. I certainly hope not, hate to have to purchase two PTO shafts.

Son is currently in the process of making up another mower tongue.
I have an excuse. CRS.

I did get one offer back so far. Antique tractor parts are expensive, but the sale price is excessive, 3 bolts to drop the PTO shaft out of the tractor, 15 minutes or so to remove the shaft. The sale offer is almost 1/3rd of a WD in working condition.

I have 2 WDs, one of which I am planning on parting out. Just hadn't planned on it being so soon. I have a WC Allis with PTO. Same style PTO shaft set up as the WDs. Will have to measure the shaft to see if it will fit.

If I don't get any more offers I will contact the salvage yard Stan listed.

Call and talk to Tony. He can probably tell you if the shaft will fit. I've found him to be very knowledgeable on the older AC equipment.
