Hydraulic pump
My IH 140 was pouring hydraulic oil into my crankcase. But if I had oil in the resivour the plows would lift and lower on demand. So I took the pump off and replaced the oil seal on the shaft that comes out of the pump, and holds the cog and reinstalled. Next I refilled the oil and it doesn't leak oil into the crankcase anymore, but plows wont lower. Any ideas why plow won't move?

Re: Hydraulic pump
Did you bleed the air from the system after refilling the reservoir?
