Postby Cub-Bud » Tue May 08, 2007 1:12 pm

By popular demand.........

Brown 1.5 lbs. of ground beef/chuck with 1/2 c. chopped onion; drain. Stir in 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of tomato soup, 2 tsp. salt, and 1 clove of garlic (or garlic salt) and simmer 5-10 minutes. Blend in 8 oz. of sour cream and one 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese. Stir in one 16 oz. package of cooked egg noodles. Turn into casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Ron
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

I'll second that. In fact, I'll have seconds. And thirds.

Thanks for the recipie, I made this yesterday and it came out very nice. However with the tomato in there I just had to add a couple shakes of Tobasco. Ted
