Where are my bottons

On my laptop all is well. On my desktop , when viewing messages I dont have the radio buttons for reply , reply with quote etc. None. I can scroll over where they are and the finger shows up . I can do it that way. But woulsd like to see the buttons. What do I need to do to correct this?

Jim, it could be something corrupted in your browsers cache. Try emptying the cache (tools menu).
