Great idea for outdoor fires

Postby Joker555 » Tue Aug 31, 2004 4:42 pm

Save all of your left over cooking oil used for frying, pour oil center and in the lower area of wood before lighting.
Depending on how big you like your fires, you can add as it burns off.

It puts off a great BBQ smell for quite a while.

I recently dumped some left over oil I used for turkey frying in my OUTDOOR fire, not a fire place, and it smelled just like I was cooking some good BBQ.

I will definately continue to save it from now on!!
