Irish Soda Bread

Basic recipe above. I add the following:

1 additional cup of all purpose flour = total of 4 cups.
1/2 cup raisins.
1 teaspoon caraway seed.

Sweet tasting bread. Texture is heavier than a cake and lighter than a cookie. Great with real butter and jam.
