3160 Mower Deck Wheels

I have been searching for sometime for an iexpensive durable replacment for me mower deck wheels. They are very hard to find. I think I have come up with a possible substitution. Northtools.com. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/ ... _200467431 Has anyone tried these wheels yet to see if they work? Or if you have another source I would love to hear about other options.
The one I am looking at says "Marathon Tires Flat-Free Lawnmower Tire — 3/4in. Bore, 8in. x 3.00-4in". "Lightweight, solid polyurethane tire is mounted onto a 4in. steel rim, with 3.25in. offset hub, 3/4in. bearings and grease fitting."
